STEP 1/8
Kimchi is well aged and tastes good, so we prepare it by cutting it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Put kimchi in a pot and stir-fry sesame oil or perilla oil so that it doesn't burn. I like perilla oil, so I added perilla oil and fried it.
STEP 3/8
Add 1 can of canned saury to the soup
STEP 4/8
Pour in extra water from the can and add. I put in about half a can and poured it in.
STEP 5/8
Add sugar, soybean paste, minced garlic, and red pepper powder and boil. The Jongwon Baek recipe reduced the amount little by little.
STEP 6/8
You can boil it for me, but you said you can use soy sauce for the lack of seasoning, but I didn't add extra seasoning. But it was seasoned well
STEP 7/8
While the kimchi stew with canned saury is boiling, cut green onions and green red peppers sideways to prepare.
STEP 8/8
When it's almost done, add the sliced green onion and red pepper and boil it one more time. If you have tofu or onions, you can add some and boil them together
