Making Sundae Fries in the style of Sundae Skewers at snack bars
When I was young, I made sundae skewers that I always buy at snack bars. It was a great menu to eat as a snack.

  • Cooking oil

  • Frying flour
    300g
  • Water
    240ml
  • red pepper paste
    2T
  • Ketchup
    4T
  • crushed garlic
    0.5T
  • thick soy sauce
    1T
  • Oligosaccharide
    3T
  • Water
    20ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please cut 2/3 packs of refrigerated sundae sold at the mart into large pieces.
STEP 2/9
Add 240ml of water to 200g of frying powder and make dough with a whisk.
STEP 3/9
Put 2T of red pepper paste, 4T of ketchup, 0.5T of ground garlic, 1T of ginjeolmi, about 20ml of water, and 3T of oligosaccharide in a pot.

Bring the sauce to a boil.
STEP 5/9
Put frying powder on the sundae.
STEP 6/9
Spread the batter evenly over the sundae.
STEP 7/9
Pour plenty of cooking oil in a pan and place sundae on top. And bake crispy back and forth.
STEP 8/9
When the fried sundae is complete, put it on a strainer tray and drain the oil.
STEP 9/9
Spread the sauce on the finished soondae skewer-style fried soondae, and today's dish is complete.
You can burn it if you fry it too high, so adjust the heat to medium low.
