STEP 1/7
Add all rendang sauce to 400g of beef (e.g. lamb head, rump, etc.) and allow seasoning to be cut for 15 minutes.

Cut 2 small potatoes into big pieces and 1/2 onions to prepare.

Stir-fry the beef in a preheated saucepan. Add the onion when the meat is cooked on the outside.

Add 1 cup of water (paper cup). When it starts to boil over high heat, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes

Add the potatoes, boil over high heat, and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 150ml of coconut milk and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add 4 tablespoons of coconut flakes and adjust the concentration to a little thick.
