STEP 1/13
Cut the green onions.
STEP 2/13
Put 1 cup of kimchi in a glass bowl and cut it into small pieces with scissors
STEP 3/13
Cut 2 rows of sausage.
If you don't have sausage, you can add other ingredients such as spam, bacon, and shrimp, or if you don't have everything, you can skip it.
STEP 4/13
Beat in three eggs. (I let go of five, but three is enough.)
STEP 5/13
Grease the pan and make green onion oil.
STEP 6/13
Add the sausage and stir-fry it.
STEP 7/13
Add 1 cup of kimchi and stir-fry it.
STEP 8/13
Add 1T of sugar.
STEP 9/13
Add 1T of red pepper powder.
STEP 10/13
Add 1 bowl of rice and stir-fry it.
STEP 11/13
Put 1T of soy sauce in an empty place and boil it.
You can't burn the soy sauce, so be careful.
If you're worried, I'll put it on low heat and set it on fire. And when the soy sauce boils, mix it with rice.
STEP 12/13
When it's done, put the rice in the middle of the pan and pour the egg mixture on the edge.
After doing 5 eggs, it became more raw than half-cooked eggs, but I can eat 3 eggs deliciously enough.
It looks like there's a lot of egg wash because there are five.
STEP 13/13
Cover over low heat while continuing to cook. Ta-da! It's done deliciously.
It was a simple but delicious UFO kimchi fried rice that you can eat like a restaurant.
