#How to handle burdock
burdock has a lot of good ingredients and smells good
It's good to peel it off with a filler, but use the back of the knife to gently peel it off
If you cut burdock in a round shape, you can hurt your hand
First, slice one side to 2mm, and then slice the other side
If you put it on the cutting board, it doesn't roll or slip, so it's easy to shred

I've been trying to save my arm from surgery, so I'm trying to cook as much as much as possible
So I bought Korean burdock because I liked it
You can soak the arin taste of burdock in vinegar water and use it
When the water boils, I add a spoonful of vinegar and burdock
Blanch it for 5 minutes
