STEP 1/11
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of soybean paste and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste in rice water. For me, this kind of soybean paste soup tastes better when it's boiled enough. When you boil it in a small amount, you can boil only half of this amount.
STEP 2/11
Add 2 packs of anchovies and boil them over high heat. If you don't have a pack, you can boil it with a few pieces of anchovies and kelp, or you can boil it with various ingredients such as beef, sunny side up, clams, and oysters.
STEP 3/11
It's a yellow cabbage, and it's good to use about 2/3 of the outside and eat the small cabbage inside with a wrap. Cut it into bite-sized pieces to make it easy to eat
STEP 4/11
Wash it in cold water and scoop it out
STEP 5/11
You can skip the potatoes, but I prepared a few slices because I like the savory and light taste.
STEP 6/11
Slice the green onions sideways. Since I love green onions, I prepared more for the amount.
STEP 7/11
When the soybean paste water boils, add potatoes.
STEP 8/11
Add cabbage and boil it.
STEP 9/11
If you add 1/2 tablespoon of salted shrimp, the soybean paste soup tastes even better.
STEP 10/11
When it boils, simmer it over medium heat
STEP 11/11
Boil it well and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
