STEP 1/9
Rinse 100g of dried anchovies with water and place them in a basket
STEP 2/9
Cut burdock and soak it in vinegar water for a while to prevent discoloration and remove the Arin flavor.
(If you soak it for too long, the water-soluble nutrients disappear, so just rinse it once.)
STEP 3/9
Put 3Ts of thick soy sauce, 3Ts of grain syrup, 3Ts of cooking wine, and 1Ts of oyster sauce in a half cup of water to make burdock stew.
STEP 4/9
Put 1ts of cooking oil in a royal pan, stir-fry the anchovies on medium low heat for about 2 minutes, drain the moisture, and place them on a plate
(If you stir-fry it on high heat, it becomes hard.)
STEP 5/9
Put 1ts of cooking oil in a royal pan and stir-fry chopped onions and garlic over medium low heat
STEP 6/9
When the onion smells like garlic, add burdock and stir-fry it over medium-low heat until the burdock water disappears.
STEP 7/9
When the burdock becomes too watery, add the burdock sauce and cook it.
STEP 8/9
When the burdock sauce becomes small, mix the stir-fried jiri anchovies.
STEP 9/9
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. It's done~^^~
If you want to taste it and eat it a little sweet, you can add 1ts of sugar.
It's done. Enjoy your meal.~^^
If you stir-fry it on medium heat, it doesn't get hard.
