Grilled octopus butter (boiled self-cooked octopus dish)
It's a grilled octopus butter that goes well with light wine or beer. I made it simple using the octopus sold in the market^^

Ingredients
  • an octopus
    250g
  • Butter
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1/2spoon
  • Garlic
    10piece
  • peperoncino
    4~5ea
  • Black Olive
    3~4piece
  • Herb salt
    little
  • olive oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the self-cooked octopus into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/8
Slice garlic into pieces, too.
STEP 3/8
Put olive oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry garlic over medium-low heat.
STEP 4/8
Crush the pepperoncino with your hands and stir-fry it together.
STEP 5/8
Add the sliced octopus and 1 piece of butter.
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle herb salt all over, add 1/2 spoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Add the black olive slices and simmer for about a minute, mixing well with a spoon to make the melted butter cut into the octopus.
STEP 8/8
Put it on a plate and sprinkle a bit of parsley powder.
