I used 500g of radish.
Since the green part of radish has a lot of sweetness, it's better to use the green part when making radish salad.
I used the leftover radish, so I used the white part of the radish a lot, but use the green part as much as possible when making radish salad^^
Chop the radishes with a knife.
It's not pickled, so you have to cut it not too thick.

Put the sliced radish in a bowl and add 2.5T of red pepper powder to color it first.

If you mix the red pepper powder first, the red pepper powder absorbs water from the radish and creates less water.

Add 1T of minced garlic

Mix 2T of sugar and 2T of plum juice. I used 2T each because there are a lot of white parts of radish, but if you use it as a green part, it's okay to reduce sugar to 1T because it's cool and sweet.

Add 4T of anchovy sauce and mix well and season. Sugar and fish sauce can be added or subtracted little by little depending on the condition of the radish, so please adjust it while tasting it.

If the seasoning is right, add 2T of vinegar and sesame seeds to finish. If you don't like the sour taste of vinegar, you can skip vinegar.

It's better not to add sesame oil because vinegar goes in when you make sweet and sour radish salad. Instead, you can add it when you mix it.
