Wash red beans clean and cook with a little salt in a pressure rice cooker. I boiled it at low pressure in a pressure rice cooker.

If the pressure rice cooker shakes further, lower the heat, leave it for about 5 minutes, and then turn off the heat. Leave it until the steam is gone and open the lid. Put boiled red beans in a storage container.

Wash sorghum several times until no red water comes out.

Wash glutinous rice, brown rice, chajo, and seoritae together.

Put all the mixed grains washed and boiled in a pressure rice cooker and add salt.

Adjust the rice water, wash the jujube, and add some. If there's chestnuts, put them in. Soak for more than 30 minutes and cook.

Additional shaking, reducing the heat to low heat, leave it for about 10 minutes, and then turn off the heat. Leave it until the steam is gone and open the lid.
