Yellow red paprika, shred onions.

Shred carrots thinly using a chopping knife.
STEP 3/8
Lettuce doesn't use thick stems.
Cut it according to the size of the tortilla and use it.

Grill tortillas slightly back and forth without oil.

Tear the chicken breast by hand and cook it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Spread ketchup and mustard sauce, mixing them in a 1:1 ratio.

Spread the paper foil first and put all the ingredients on top of the tortilla. I raise it up to the point where I wonder if it's going to dry.

Plastic wrap is good if you don't have paper wrapping paper. I cut it diagonally.
Everything tastes good when it's seasoned. Add plenty of sauce or season chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper. It's so delicious and easy to make that I often make when I go on a picnic.
