Add 1.5 spoons of flying fish roe and mix well. If there are flying fish roe, I only put it in bibimbap or steamed eggs, but it tastes different if you put it in the flying fish roe egg roll. It has a good popping texture and it tastes like it's something that kids would love if you dip it in ketchup.
Add a little salt to season it.

Flying fish egg roll is complete.
I was paying attention to other dishes at the end, but I cooked it a little more, so the color on the surface is like this.. It's delicious!
It's a flying fish egg roll that tastes similar to crab meat. Thanks to the color of the flying fish roe, the visuals are pretty, so it's good as a lunch box.
It was a simple rolled omelet of flying fish roe.
