Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel potatoes and carrots with fillers.
I didn't measure it on the scale, but it's almost the same amount
A little more carrot would be enough.
STEP 2/6
Chop the potatoes and soak them in water.
STEP 3/6
Shred the carrots and mix them with salt.
STEP 4/6
Add brown rice oil and stir-fry carrots first, then add potatoes and stir-fry. (If it's the same thickness)
Drain the soaked potatoes thoroughly before adding.
STEP 5/6
Add soy sauce and salt and pepper. You can season it with salt or add oyster sauce or fish sauce.
STEP 6/6
Turn off the heat, add perilla powder, rummage, put it on a plate, and sprinkle perilla oil and sesame seeds. If you don't want to eat it all at once, put the oil on a plate and put it around.
