Super simple beef rice (Gyudong) that is made in three stages
This dish is simple but delicious beef rice.

Ingredients
  • Beef bulgogi
    200g
  • Cooking oil
    3spoon
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Soy sauce
    3spoon
  • a beautiful forest

  • Sugar
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry shredded onions until golden brown.
STEP 2/3
Add the beef and cook about half way.
STEP 3/3
Sprinkle with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and stir-fry until the beef is fully cooked. and put it on top of the rice. That's it.
Depending on your preference, sprinkle one raw egg and a little bit of red pepper powder.
