Wash 500g of tomatoes clean and prepare by removing the top.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Spread widely in air fryer basket. Dry it 3 to 4 times in total.

Turn the first 140 degrees for 15 minutes. After turning, take out the air fryer and cool it down. Repeat this process three to four times, varying only in temperature and time.

Second, turn it 100 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the tomatoes again and cool them down.

Third, turn it at 100 degrees for 20 minutes.
(You must make sure that tomatoes don't burn in between.)

Put dried tomatoes in a sterilized glass bottle and put pepper, sliced garlic, and rosemary in between
STEP 8/8
Fill with olive oil and cover. You can let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day.
