I'll make the sauce first for the ripened sauce.
Make the sauce by adding 2T of red pepper powder, 2T of red pepper paste, 2T of soy sauce, 2T of sugar, 1T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of minced garlic.
When you make the sauce with 500g of sliced pork belly
It's just the right amount, so please adjust the amount of sauce according to the amount of meat.

Chop 1/2 onion and slice 1/3 green onion diagonally.
I used the chopped green onions using the pre-prepared green onions.
It looks better when you cut it sideways.
If you like spicy food, cut 1 or 2 fresh peppers.
I didn't put it in because the kids had to eat.

Put the sliced pork belly in a slightly deep pan and grill it together with the sauce.
It would taste better if you marinate the meat in advance, but most of the pork belly is frozen, so I didn't marinate it.
But the meat is thin, so you don't have to worry about the sauce.

It cooks quickly because it's sliced pork belly.
When the pork belly is almost cooked, add chopped onions and green onions and stir-fry them over high heat until the pork belly is fully cooked.

When the sliced pork belly is done, put sesame oil on it

Sprinkle sesame seeds and put them on a plate, and the stir-fried pork with sliced pork is done.
If the seasoning is bland, you can add more soy sauce.

The soft, spicy, and sweet sauce is cut well on the pork belly, so it's so delicious!!
They put it on rice and eat it as a side dish
My husband also plays the accompaniment of the stir-fried pork with side dishes, and I put the stir-fried pork on the rice with the rice with the stir-fried pork and mix it with it!!
