STEP 1/9
Slice the radish flat, slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms thickly, and slice the green onion and green pepper sideways
STEP 2/9
It's a crab that I bought in the fall and put in the freezer, and it's full of eggs and fat, so it's delicious to eat. Blue crabs are prepared to be easy to eat. Wash it with a brush to remove impurities and wash it clean to prepare it.
STEP 3/9
Put the anchovy pack back into the rice water. You can just boil it with water, but it's better to boil the stew or soup with soybean paste in it with rice floating water.
STEP 4/9
Add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste and 1/2 tablespoon of salted shrimp and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Boil it over high heat and when it boils, reduce it to medium heat and boil it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Boil the trimmed blue crab, radish, and onion.
STEP 7/9
I put in about a tablespoon of red pepper powder. It's soybean paste stew, but it tastes better if you add some red pepper powder. It's good to remove the foam that comes from boiling from time to time.
STEP 8/9
Add shiitake mushrooms when the radish is almost done. You can put oyster mushrooms or enoki mushrooms instead of shiitake mushrooms, or sweet pumpkin tastes good
STEP 9/9
When it's done, you can add green onions and red pepper and boil it one more time.
