STEP 1/11
I prepared ingredients for stir-fried potatoes.
One potato was so big that it was 260g and half an onion was 230g.
You can use a medium-sized onion.
You can add green onions or chives instead of green beans.
If I put in minced garlic, it'll be messy, so I'll put in whole garlic.
STEP 2/11
Chop the potatoes into 5mm thick pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon salt to 800ml of water and marinate potatoes for 10 minutes.
Rinse the pickled potatoes in water and drain them on a strainer tray.
If you do this, it doesn't break when you fry potatoes.
STEP 3/11
Slice spam into 1cm thick pieces, cut bacon into 2cm wide pieces, onion into 1cm thick pieces, carrot into 2mm thick pieces, 5cm long pieces
STEP 4/11
Place 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add potatoes and garlic.
Toss it once and coat it with oil.
STEP 5/11
Please spread the potatoes comfortably
STEP 6/11
Cover and cook for 1 minute.
If you do this, the potatoes are half cooked.
STEP 7/11
Add bacon and spam and stir-fry for 1 minute
STEP 8/11
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and season it.
Potatoes are slightly seasoned with salt water, and bacon and spam are salty, so just a little bit of seasoning is enough.
STEP 9/11
Just before turning off the heat, add green beans and mix them.
STEP 10/11
Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and pepper, mix, and turn off the heat.
STEP 11/11
The stir-fried potatoes with spam, bacon, and onions taste very good.
The kids love it too.
It won't break if you stir-fry potatoes after slightly salted water.
