Egg dumplings with glass noodles (Feat. cold rice)
I was looking for something to eat as a snack for my children, but there were only eggs in the refrigerator, so I tried the glass noodles and egg dumplings that I saw last time. When they were young, they used to eat baby food, put eggs, and make rice pancakes. That's when I remembered the menu.

Cooking Steps

I cut the chives and carrots in the refrigerator into small pieces. You can use various things in the refrigerator such as enoki mushrooms and chives.

Add eggs and salt and mix well.

Boil the glass noodles in boiling water for about 4 minutes, cut them into small pieces with scissors without rinsing them in cold water, and season them with 1/2 spoon of soy sauce and a little bit of sesame oil.

If you mix the cooled glass noodles in egg water, the dough is ready!!

I preheated the pan with plenty of oil over medium heat, put the egg mixture on top, and put a little rice on one side.
I made rice with the inside of the glass noodles. I think this will be a more reliable snack.
Fold the egg in half before it's fully cooked and cook it well in front and back.
