Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Blanch the squid slightly in boiling water.Blanch in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Cut the cucumber in half, cut it sideways, soak it in salt, wash it in water, and squeeze the water out.

Please cut the carrots sideways, too.
