STEP 1/13
You have to season the steak first.
I used Chuck Eye Roll, but first press down with a chicken towel to remove the blood from the beef.
Blood causes the smell of meat
STEP 2/13
After that, cut it into cubes to make it easy to eat
Season with salt and pepper.
I used a simple herb salt.
If you use 400g of meat, there are vegetables
It's enough for a family of four to eat.
STEP 3/13
I'll season the meat and make the sauce.
Ketchup 3T, soy sauce 2T, sugar 2T, vinegar 1T, bottled water 50ml, steak sauce 3T
Add 1T of pork cutlet sauce and mix well.
Originally, my Jongwon Baek used 2T of Usta sauce, but they said if you don't have Usta sauce, you can replace it with soy sauce, so I replaced it with soy sauce. If you replace it with soy sauce, it's weaker than using Usta sauce, so I added 1T of pork cutlet sauce.
Here's a differentiated tip for the Jongwon Baek
There's vinegar in the sauce.
STEP 4/13
Please trim the vegetables for the chop steak, too.
Cut 1/2 onion, 1/3 carrot, 5 broccoli, 5 mushrooms, 10 whole garlic, similar to the size of the meat.
I used broccoli because there was blanched broccoli, but I prepared 5 small stems in half.
STEP 5/13
I used 10 small pieces of garlic
It's good to cut it in half so that it's not too thin.
You can add more vegetables at home, but if there are too many vegetables, the chop steak may not be seasoned, so please add it in moderation or increase the amount of sauce.
STEP 6/13
When the sauce and ingredients are ready
Add 1T of flour to the seasoned meat and toss to coat the sides.
This is the second tip.
If you coat it with flour, it gets rid of the juices of the meat and gives it a French feel
STEP 7/13
Put 5T of cooking oil in a pan and grill flour-coated meat first.
STEP 8/13
When the meat is slightly cooked, add garlic and 20g of butter to add flavor.
And if you turn the meat over, cook it well until golden.
STEP 9/13
When the meat is golden brown, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry again.
I had to put the mushrooms and broccoli in the end, but I just put them all in without thinking.
STEP 10/13
Place the meat on one side of the pan, pour the sauce, bring to a boil, and mix.
This is the third tip!!
Boil the seasoning first and mix it with other ingredients to make the seasoning stick well.
STEP 11/13
Boil the sauce on one side and stir-fry it so that the sauce cuts well.
But I have a short temper
When the meat is marinated and the sauce is thick, the Jongwon Baek chop steak is complete.
STEP 12/13
It's a bite-sized, so it's easy to eat it in your mouth, and it's a colorful chop steak that even children who don't like meat and husbands who don't like vegetables enjoy the taste of seasoning.
STEP 13/13
It's still a hard time eating out
