STEP 1/13
They also make sweet and sour pork by themselves.
Haha. But I made it with the leftover tangsuyuk. The leftover tangsuyuk to make the Rajoyuk and eat the tangsuyuk ramen!
(I'll post a recipe for Rajoyuk soon, too.:))
I put this much in the Tangsuyuk ramen.
STEP 2/13
Now, I'm going to make the sauce for Kang Sikdang's Kang Hodong ramen, Tang Su Yuk Ramen.
Cut the onions and green onions into small pieces and prepare them.
The ratio of the sauce is
Onion: Green onion: Garlic = 1:1:1/2
It's called.
I'm not going to make a lot, so I only made the sauce for the first time. I measured it with a soju cup.
I adjusted the ratio of chopped onions, 1 cup of green onion, and 0.5 cup of minced garlic.
STEP 3/13
And prepare 0.7 cups of soju glass for red pepper powder.
- They put in 2 cups of red pepper powder. Please refer to it. :)
STEP 4/13
Now put chopped onions, chopped green onions, and crushed garlic in the pan.
And add cooking oil. They say that you put in oil four times with a small ladle, but I only put in enough to cover the ingredients. And stir-fry it well.
STEP 5/13
When the smell of garlic comes up, add the prepared red pepper powder and pepper powder. The red pepper powder can burn easily, so stir-fry it quickly so that it doesn't burn. The broadcast said that they would add some spices in this process, but I didn't know what spices they would add. I think they all put the same thing in again. But I skipped it.
STEP 6/13
After stir-frying it all, the sauce for this visual tangsuyuk ramen is complete. I'll put you on hold for a while.
STEP 7/13
I'm going to cook ramen now.
The point of Tangsuyuk ramen is that it adds more water than regular ramen. Boil 700ml of water per ramen.
Cut cabbage, green onions, and peppers before boiling. I skipped it because I didn't have cabbage, and I skipped green onions.
I cut just one chili pepper and prepared it for you.
STEP 8/13
When the ramen water boils, add the ramen powder (powder powder) and the ingredients powder. I made Tangsuyuk ramen with Shin Ramen.
STEP 9/13
Then, add ramen noodles.
I cooked a bag of ramen for him.
(If you cut the cabbage and prepared it, you can put it in now.)
STEP 10/13
And add the sauce for Tangsuyuk ramen.
You can season it with this sauce. I put in 2 spoons and it was perfect.
I tried it to taste the soup, but it's delicious. Even if you put in this sauce and taste it, the program also received a lot of responses. It's really good.
STEP 11/13
When you think the ramen is 80% done, put in the tangsuyuk.
STEP 12/13
Then, beat the egg and put the hot pepper on top to finish.
(If you want to add green onions, slice them and add them.)
STEP 13/13
Kang Ho Dong's Tangsuyuk ramen that the Jongwon Baek teacher taught me is complete. Actually, it's really good even if you eat ramen with sauce without sweet and sour pork. But if you add sweet and sour pork, the soup is thick and the tangsuyuk becomes more delicious.
It tastes like a dish, not just ordinary ramen. It's a good menu for hangover and a side dish for alcohol.
They named this menu Jeju Many Pork Ramen. Don't heat it up again, don't throw it away, and try making it with Tangsuyuk ramen.
:)
- If you have cabbage, it tastes even better if you put it in.
