I made delicious tofu soy sauce braised with tofu that is easy to get. It's such a delicious tofu side dish like kkanpunggi.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into 1cm thick pieces and coat it with starch.
STEP 2/6
Fry starchy tofu back and forth until golden.
STEP 3/6
While frying, slice the green and red peppers sideways.
STEP 4/6
Boil the sauce with soy sauce, water, cooking wine, and grain syrup.
STEP 5/6
Turn off the heat and mix the fried tofu in the boiled seasoning.
STEP 6/6
When mixed, add red pepper and mix until the seasoning is gone.
When I fried tofu, I put starch powder and it stuck together. Place it on the side and fry it or fry it with frying powder.
It tastes like kkanpunggi with chili pepper.
