You can use a whisk to make the dough thick enough to make it's fine.
STEP 4/8
Grease a heated frying pan with a little cooking oil and wipe the pan with a kitchen towel.
STEP 5/8
If the pan is heated, reduce the heat to low and scoop the pancake batter with a ladle and place it on the frying pan.
STEP 6/8
When the hotcake swells and there is a hole in the surface of the dough, turn it over with a spatula.
STEP 7/8
Bake the other side on low heat until golden brown.
STEP 8/8
Cut the dehydrated strawberries into a plate and put them neatly and put 3-4 hot cakes on top. Serve with sugar powder or maple syrup^^
