STEP 1/10
When the menu for dinner is sweet and sour pork
I have to prepare something for you from lunch.
Mix in starch water and let sit.
Chef Lee Yeonbok said, "Sweet potato starch.Potato starch. Corn starch is mixed 7:2:1.
That.L.I
The starch in my house is just corn starch
I only put in corn starch because there was some left. >.<
After more than four hours of mixing starch with water, the starch sinks to the bottom and divides the layer with water. If you pour the water from the stomach, the batter is ready.
Mix it with water and let it sink once, drain the water, and the remaining starch is called water starch.
STEP 2/10
Add 1 egg and 2 spoons of cooking oil to the starch
If you mix it well, the batter is done.
STEP 3/10
Cut pork into appropriate sizes and season with salt and pepper powder.
Sprinkle plenty of salt, please. If it's bland, it tastes less delicious.
STEP 4/10
Just put the meat in the prepared batter.
STEP 5/10
Heat enough oil pan and fry pork on a slightly higher heat than medium heat.
STEP 6/10
Put the cooled meat in the high heat oil and fry it for a second time because it is golden brown. I'm done preparing for the fries
STEP 7/10
Cut vegetables into similar sizes and thin slices.
Cucumbers and onions must be present, and vegetables such as cabbage, red cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms are delicious if they are present.
STEP 8/10
Tangsuyuk sauce (2 servings)
1 spoon of sugar and 1 spoon of soy sauce. 2 spoons of vinegar. Starch 2 + water 2. Cucumber. Carrots. Onions. Pineapple. Tree ear mushrooms. 1 cup of boiling water
Prepare enough sauce ingredients. I prepared a lot of meat and doubled the amount of ingredients to make a sauce for 4 people.
STEP 9/10
Stir-fry onions and carrots first in an oiled wok or pot, then add cucumbers and wood ear mushrooms and boiling water.
STEP 10/10
When it starts to boil, add the prepared sauce and boil it again. Add starch powder and adjust the concentration to make the tangsuyuk sauce complete.
We have Pouring and Dipping, so we prepared meat and sauce separately.
The world's most delicious sweet and sour pork
Doesn't it look more delicious compared to the Tangsuyuk ordered at a Chinese restaurant?
I think it's delicious no matter what because it's fresh meat. I can't make it at home every day, but it's delicious once I make it at home.
