How to grill half-dried croaker deliciously without fishy smell
This is the best fish croaker that I gave to the king. Generally, we eat a lot of circuit, but we also enjoy steamed, soup, and grilled food. Let's find out how to grill half-dried croaker, which is known for its chewy texture and not fishy smell.

Ingredients
  • Brown croaker
    1ea
  • Water
    5~6cup
  • Frying flour
    4TS
  • Curry
    1/2TS
  • ground pepper
    suitably
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Defrost frozen Javanese minnow at room temperature or in the refrigerator beforehand. Rinse the thawed croaker in cold water.
STEP 2/7
Trim the fins, tail, etc. together.
STEP 3/7
It's half-dried croaker, so the liver is cut off. It doesn't matter if you rinse it a little and fry it, but it can be too salty, so take out the salt slightly for 3-4 minutes in 5-6 cups of rice water. If you soak it for too long, the skin will become mushy, so be careful.
STEP 4/7
Put 4 tablespoons of frying powder, 1/2 tablespoons of curry powder, and pepper talk in a plastic pack and mix well. Remove moisture with a kitchen towel and put it in a plastic or tray to coat with powder evenly
STEP 5/7
After putting enough powder on it, shake off some powder
STEP 6/7
Grease the pan with plenty of oil and preheat for 2-3 minutes. And bake as if the skin is frying first. Bake for 5 minutes, front and back and forth.
STEP 7/7
If you fry it with powder, it will fry less oil and curry powder will go in, so you can bake it deliciously without any fishy smell. I recommend this method for grilled croaker or grilled fish.

As you said, I baked the semi-dried croaker as it was, and it was too salty. It's my first time cooking semi-dried croaker...He really became a rice thief. I was looking for a way and thank you for finding it like this.
