Make Spam Musubi pretty and simple
I made musubi using spam~ I'll tell you the recipe for spam musubi, which was unique and pretty in cross section because it was square shape :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Pour hot water and soak the spam for about 5 minutes to remove impurities, wash it in running water, and dry it.

After removing the water, divide it into quarters.
STEP 3/16
Slice the cucumber thinly with a filler.
STEP 4/16
Cut cheddar cheese in half to fit the size of spam.
STEP 5/16
Beat the eggs well, strain them through a sieve, remove the string, add cooking wine and salt, and mix them well.

Place the cut spam in a pan and bake until golden brown.

Wipe the pan once, pour cooking oil over low heat, pour 2/3 of the egg water into the pan first, pull forward into the pan not twice, and pour the remaining egg water.

Roll it three times to make a slightly thick fried egg.

After cooling the fried egg, cut it to the size of the spam.

Put 2 bowls of rice in a bowl and mix well with sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Wash the spam container clean and wrap it according to the space.

Put rice eggs four cucumber slices cheddar cheese spam rice in a wrapped spam container and press it hard to make a square shape.

When it's shaped, pull out the wrap and take out the rice.

Cut the seaweed for gimbap in half, lay the smooth part facing down, and put the rice on top.

Roll the seaweed close to the rice and let the end face the bottom.

Roll the rest in the same way, coat the knife with sesame oil, and cut it into bite-sized pieces to complete the spam mousse.
The shape of the spam is pretty only when the thickness is the same, so if you divide it in half first and cut it in half again, the thickness will be cut evenly :)
