Normally, bok choy is often bought as an ingredient and used. But since I used it as a supplementary ingredient, I bought a pack of bok choy and used two or three There's a little bit left. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
There's nothing much to trim, but please trim bok choy so it's easy to pick up.
Hold bok choy as if wrapping it with your hands, and cut and trim the bottom.

Wash the trimmed bok choy in running water and prepare it.

When the water boils, add 1T of salt

I'm going to blanch bok choy. You don't have to blanch it for a long time. Parboil it for about a minute.

Put the blanched bok choy in cold water right away and cool it down. That way, you can bring out the crunchy texture.

Press lightly to remove moisture from cold bok choy and cut it in half with only large outer leaves.

After finishing the preparation, I put the bok choy in a bowl, put the chopped green onions, and cut half of the red pepper to add color.

Add soy sauce, perilla oil, and perilla powder for basic seasoning and mix well. I tasted it and added some salt.

Mix it well and put it on a plate. Simple side dishes like bok choy salad and bok choy greens are complete
