Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
I've prepared leftover French fries.
I thought about throwing it away because it was soggy, but I thought about making hash brown.
STEP 2/11
Cut the fries into small pieces
STEP 3/11
Add 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce and mix.
If French fries are too salty, you don't have to season them.
STEP 4/11
Add 2 tablespoons of starch and 2 tablespoons of frying powder
STEP 5/11
Mix it well
STEP 6/11
Add a little bit of carbonated water or cold water to make the dough thick.
I put in 80ml, so it was okay.
STEP 7/11
Make the dough look dry.
STEP 8/11
Make the dough round and flat
STEP 9/11
Heat 5 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-low heat, preheat, and add batter
STEP 10/11
You can bake it until it's golden brown back and off.
Turn it over and press it gently with a spatula.
STEP 11/11
You have to bake it over medium-low heat for a longer time to make it crispy and savory hash brown.
Sprinkle ketchup to your liking and enjoy it!
I strongly recommend that you make hash brown instead of throwing away the leftover soggy French fries.
