This is deep-sea soft tofu that I bought at the mart. If you have Chodang soft tofu, you can buy it.
I used about half a bag of deep ocean soft tofu.
If you boil this in an earthen pot, you're done making a similar flavor to Chodang soft tofu!

I'm going to make the sauce for Chodang soft tofu.
First, chop the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 0.3 spoon of sugar, 1.5 spoon of plum, and 4 spoon of soy sauce.

Add half a spoon of sesame oil. And after you taste it, you can add the missing liver to suit your taste. I didn't add it because it suits my taste. If the seasoning suits your taste, add sesame seeds and mix them, and you're done with the Chodang Soft Tofu Seasoning.

If you mix it with Chodang soft tofu, it's light and savory, but it's perfect for seasoning. Now, you can eat this sauce with Chodang soft tofu.

You just have to boil Chodang soft tofu.

Even if you don't season it separately, it's seasoned, so slurp! It's good to eat.
I think it'll be better if you eat it in an earthen pot. I boiled it in an earthen pot, so it's good to eat it hot. If you add a little bit of Chodang soft tofu sauce and mix it, it'll double the taste!
