Braised tofu in a rice cooker
It's good to eat for a meal without rice.

  • Tofu
    180g
  • onion
    60g
  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut 180g of tofu into small bite-sized pieces so that it can be tightly spread in the rice cooker
STEP 2/10
Place in 1 sheet of kitchen bowl and drain
STEP 3/10
Place 1T of cooking oil and 1T of perilla oil on the bottom of the rice cooker
STEP 4/10
Place tofu on top of oil in a rice cooker. Season the top with 2 pinch of salt and pepper. Please reheat it for 9 minutes

While the tofu is reheated, shred 60g of onion as thin as possible
STEP 6/10
Add various seasoning ingredients to the onion. 1T of red pepper powder, 1 handful of chopped green onion, 2T of dark soy sauce, 0.5T of anchovy powder, 0.5T of garlic powder (ground garlic), 0.5T of sugar, a little bit of Cheongyang red pepper
STEP 7/10
Pour in 100ml of water.
*You can use 100ml of anchovy broth after brewing anchovy powder in hot water for 30 minutes without adding water and anchovy powder
STEP 8/10
Pour all the seasoning over the reheated tofu. Roll the rice cooker and let the sauce soak all the tofu and boil it for 9 minutes
