STEP 1/11
The mushroom was prepared by wiping the outside with a kitchen towel.
It was clean because I bought it at the mart.
STEP 2/11
I shredded mushroom to make it easy to eat. If I cut it too thin, the texture will be weak, so it's easy to eat! I cut it in moderation.
And cut the green onions into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/11
Mix 2 spoons of starch and 3 spoons of water to make starch water. I used potato starch powder. The starch will settle down after some time, so you have to stir it when you use it. I made starch water in advance.
STEP 4/11
I made it with avocado oil, so you can use the olive oil at home. Add 2 spoons of avocado oil and 1 spoon of minced garlic and stir-fry them well.
STEP 5/11
When the smell of garlic comes up, add the mushrooms and stir-fry them well.
STEP 6/11
If the mushrooms are oiled and stir-fried well, we will add water and stir-fry them. I poured water for the mushrooms.
STEP 7/11
When the water boils, add 1.5 spoons of soy sauce, 0.3 spoons of sugar, pepper and 0.5 spoons of oyster sauce and mix well.
STEP 8/11
And when it boils up again, taste it and adjust the lack of seasoning to your taste. If the seasoning is right for your taste, add the pre-cut green onions and add starch water little by little to match the desired concentration of stir-fried mushrooms.
STEP 9/11
They adjusted the concentration I wanted, so I turned off the heat and sprinkled 1 spoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds to complete it!
STEP 10/11
It's a really simple stir-fried mushroom.
I put it on top of the rice and mixed it, but I couldn't take a picture of it.
STEP 11/11
If you put it on top of freshly cooked rice, it becomes a really delicious rice thief mushroom rice. Even if you don't have side dishes, it's really good if you mix it up! It's like Chinese food, but it's like a menu in a luxurious course meal, so it's a good menu to give when a customer comes.
It's also a menu that suits your taste even more!
Let's make it simple today
