STEP 1/9
Wash two cups of kidney bean paper cups in water three to four times and prepare them.
STEP 2/9
Put kidney beans in a pot, add water twice as much as kidney beans, and bring to a boil over high heat.
STEP 3/9
Boil the beans for about an hour, toss in and pour in additional water when it boils down. The water may boil down quickly, so make sure to check it.
STEP 4/9
When the beans are fully cooked, add 12T of thick soy sauce and boil them down further. It's good to add or subtract the seasoning to suit your taste.
STEP 5/9
Add soy sauce and add 1T of sugar when the water is reduced to a bean level. And mix it well.
STEP 6/9
Add 4T of oligosaccharide and boil it down.
STEP 7/9
When it boils down to the point where you can't see the water, turn off the heat, turn around the sesame oil, and mix.
STEP 8/9
Lastly, add 0.5T of sesame seeds and mix.
STEP 9/9
Braised kidney beans, which are good to eat as a side dish, are complete.
Boil the beans well until they are fully cooked. Stir it so that it doesn't stick.
