an easy-to-make fried chicken soup
As I live with so many kinds of meat and frozen fish, it is amazing that I live for more than two weeks even though I only eat the refrigerator. Once I didn't go out the door, I didn't want to go out, so butler Chingu bought me eggs, onions, and potatoes one day when I stopped by my house, so I didn't need to shop at Grocery in particularly. In the past, I used to buy again and again because I was lazy to search for what was in the bottom of the freezer, but it's better to see what's in the freezer because it's loose. According to the stories around my house as well as my house, children these days say that if there is no meat, no matter how many side dishes there are on the table, there is nothing to eat. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut off the oil and cut the chicken in the thick part
STEP 2/9
Blanch in boiling water with a little bit of vinegar for 3-4 minutes
STEP 3/9
Place the blanched chicken legs in a sieve, rinse them in cold water, and drain them.

Make the sauce with the amount of ingredients.
STEP 5/9
Put chicken legs, large sliced potatoes, and water in a pot, turn on the heat, and dissolve the sauce.

Boil over high heat for about 5 minutes and cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes.

Pour the soup on the part that is not locked in between so that the seasoning is soaked.

Add onions when 10 minutes are left until cooking is done.

When the soup is boiled down and the sauce is soaked into the meat, add the green onions and boil it down for another 1-2 minutes to finish.
Onions that cook relatively quickly are put in the second half to prevent them from being crushed. Adjust the amount of the soup to your liking. We don't like vegetables, so we only used potatoes and onions, but it's okay to color them with carrots. You can add spicy peppers to reinforce the spicy taste. You can make it really easily if you just make the sauce.
