Simple side dishes, side dishes, late night snack, Jongwon Baek,
Today, I brought a menu that is easy to eat when you are hungry and good to eat as a side dish for drinking. It's stir-fried pork belly with Jongwon Baek slices. I sometimes eat it quickly as a late-night snack, and it's good as a side dish, and if you put it on top of the rice, you can eat it as a rice with sliced pork belly. Bean sprouts and sliced pork belly are also cheap, so it's a cost-effective menu! A delicious dish that you can make simply! I'll make stir-fried Jongwon Baek and pork belly.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
To make stir-fried pork belly with Jongwon Baek slices, first wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain them in a strainer.
And I also chopped a cheongyang pepper to add to the spicy taste.
I didn't make a lot because I made it for the groom.
The host used about a handful and a half.
STEP 2/7
Now stir-fry sliced pork belly, 1 spoon of minced garlic, and pepper tock in a pan. I used the leftover pork belly in the stew, so the amount of pork belly was not that much. ;)
STEP 3/7
When the color of the pork belly changes and it cooks, add 1 spoon of cooking wine and stir-fry it. Then it can also control the smell of pork. If you don't have cooking wine, you can use soju.
STEP 4/7
When the pork belly of the Jongwon Baek is fully cooked, add the prepared bean sprouts.
STEP 5/7
I'm going to add oyster sauce. I only added 2 spoons of oyster sauce because there wasn't a lot of pork belly. And stir-fry it well.
Stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 30 seconds so that they don't die too much.
STEP 6/7
And lastly, add the sliced hot pepper and stir-fry it one more time! I'm done making stir-fried Jongwon Baek and pork belly!
STEP 7/7
Stir-fried Jongwon Baek and pork belly meat with host is done.
It's a stir-fried pork belly with Jongwon Baek slices that's perfect to eat when you're hungry, late-night snacks, side dishes, or side dishes. The texture of the bean sprouts is alive and the scent of the bean sprouts goes well with the sliced pork belly, so I really like it. If you eat it on top of rice, it becomes a delicious fried rice with sliced pork belly, so it's a good rice thief menu to eat together.
Oyster sauce alone can create such a luxurious taste, so it is more convenient to make it simple.
Personally, I think it's more light and delicious than the stir-fried pork belly in Izakaya. It's one of the menus that the groom really likes. Let's make a simple stir-fried pork belly with delicious scallions~
