STEP 1/7
Pour 50ml of milk into a microwave-safe bowl.

Add 7 sheets of cheddar cheese to this.
STEP 3/7
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. It may boil and overflow in between, so please check the microwave and cook.

Add a pinch of salt and a ton of butter to the melted cheese.
STEP 5/7
Microwave again for about 30 seconds.
STEP 6/7
Stir in ingredients to blend well.
STEP 7/7
The cheddar cheese sauce is so delicious if you eat it with nachos!
If you microwave it for too long, it may overflow, so be careful.
