Braised cabbage bacon
It's a cabbage dish I used bacon and added sauce to make it a steamed dish

  • full cabbage

  • Bacon

  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5T
  • Vinegar
    1T
  • cooking wine
    1T
  • Sugar
    0.5T
  • Sesame
    little
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the cheongyang pepper and red pepper into small pieces
STEP 2/6
Add soy sauce, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper and mix well
STEP 3/6
Cut half the cabbage in half and put bacon between the cabbages
STEP 4/6
Put it in a steamer and steam it over medium heat for about 20 minutes
STEP 5/6
The bacon dries out of the steamer and steams
STEP 6/6
Transfer to a bowl, cut off the stalk, and spread the soy sauce on top
