Place vinegar and 2 pinch of salt in boiling water and 6 eggs in cold water. After putting it on high heat, boil it for about 13-14 minutes. When the heat is boiling > Reduce the heat to medium and boil for the remaining time.

Add 125ml of water (about 1/2 cup), 2.5Ts of red pepper powder, 3Ts of sugar, 1T of red pepper oil (optional), 3Ts of oyster sauce, and 3Ts of mirin seasoning and mix well.

Chop the garlic and slice the green onions, red peppers, and cheongyang peppers as shown in the picture.

Peel the boiled egg and prepare it.
