It's a simple egg tart made with an air fryer. It had cream cheese in it, so I could eat it more softly.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Place 15 digests in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces.
STEP 2/11
Add 40g of melted butter to finely crushed digest powder.
STEP 3/11
Add an extra egg to this, please.
STEP 4/11
Press hard with your hands to complete the dough.
STEP 5/11
Please make a filling. In a bowl, combine 85g of yogurt, 1 egg, 200g of cream cheese, 3T of sugar, and 1T of flour.

Place the die dough in a paper cup or egg tart mold and press hard to shape it.

Pour the filling over the top.

I made a total of 7 egg tarts.

Place egg tarts in air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 10/11
After 10 minutes, it's not cooked yet, so I baked it at 170 degrees for another 10 minutes.

The delicious cream cheese egg tart is done!
If you eat it with bitter Americano, you can enjoy it more deliciously.
