STEP 1/8
I like boiled pork made with pork belly, so I prepared pork belly
I bought the cheapest beer at the mart.
I didn't know how much it would take, so I bought a 1.6 liter bottle
STEP 2/8
When I make boiled pork, I put in a lot of ingredients.
I must put bay leaf, doenjang, instant coffee, onion, etc.
They're all ingredients to get rid of the smell.
This time, I'll just put in beer without putting anything in.
STEP 3/8
Get your beer ready
I poured about 1.2 liters.
STEP 4/8
Pour the beer and boil it so that the meat is soaked.
STEP 5/8
The point is that the beer is cooked until it's all boiled down.
It's boiling
The color is getting darker.
STEP 6/8
I put it in a pan because I thought the soup would burn while boiling it down.
Boil it down as if you're coloring the surface.
STEP 8/8
I put it on a paper foil and cut it gently and served it.
The color is so pretty on the outside, and the speed is well-cooked well.
I don't smell anything from the meat. Why! It leaves a smell of beer.
Beer has its unique bitter taste, and when it's boiled, the alcohol flies away, but the taste remains.
The taste covers the pig's taste Lol In my mouth.
If soybean paste usually solves the savory scent and salty seasoning, I think it was one of the regrets that beer boiled pork was not seasoned at all.
What I liked was the simplicity and visuals.
At the end of the process of boiling, the coating is made as if the pork oil and beer are caramelized(?).
When I make it next time, I'm going to make a combination of water, beer, and soybean paste.
If you're curious! Try it^^
It might suit your taste as an adult ^^
