STEP 1/11
Kimchi, rice, tuna, and cheese are all I need.
I like mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. I used string cheese that is easy to shape.
I also used that because there was a small amount of onion. If you have any vegetables, you can add them.
I used a size of 150 grams of tuna, and I took out plenty of kimchi. It's ripe kimchi from last year
STEP 2/11
I prepared kimchi by cutting it into small pieces with scissors.
You may like it, but it's better to cut it into small pieces to make it into kimbap.
STEP 3/11
I chopped the onions too.
STEP 4/11
I put in enough perilla oil.
It's already delicious because of the smell of perilla oil.
STEP 5/11
Stir-fry the onions first. Kimchi can be slightly cooked, but if it's not cooked, the child will find it all.
To go well with kimchi, ripe onions are good
STEP 6/11
If the onion is somewhat transparent, add kimchi.
Stir-fry it.
STEP 7/11
If you think it's cooked to a certain extent
Add the tuna from the oil.
If you like oil, you can put everything in.
I already added a lot of perilla oil, so I poured some tuna oil out.
STEP 8/11
The meeting between tuna and kimchi is always right.
It's a combination that can't be bad.
Add a spoonful of sugar
When you make kimchi stir-fry, you must have sweet taste.
That way, the flavor becomes richer and more savory.
I put in erythritol.
STEP 9/11
I'm going to put the rice in here.
STEP 10/11
Mix it well and stir-fry it.
If you put rice in it, the liver will weaken and it will feel bland.
Try it and add salt or soy sauce.
I added a bit of salt.
STEP 11/11
The only ingredient inside was cheese, and it was really easy to roll gimbap using string cheese.
Put delicious kimchi tuna fried rice on top of seaweed and roll it with string cheese in the middle.
Kimbap itself was delicious because the rich cheese flavor was well blended with kimchi fried rice, but I think it would be better to melt the cheese using cheddar or mozzarella.
