Add 3T of red pepper paste, 4T of soy sauce, 2T of sugar, 1T of minced garlic, 1T of sesame oil, 100ml of pear juice or pear drink and make the sauce.

I usually use front leg meat for stir-fried spicy pork, but this time I made it using pork belly.
First, remove the blood from the pork belly.
