STEP 1/4
Slice six tomatoes and avocados (about 80g) to about 7mm thick.

Greek yogurt 3T, allulose 3T, mustard 1T ratio
Make handmade sauce. (1T for sugar replacement)
STEP 3/4
Front bread -> Handmade sauce 1T -> Fill it with lettuce.
Backbread -> Ketchup 1T -> 1 cheese -> 3 sirloin ham -> 3 tomatoes -> lots of carrot lappe -> add 3 avocados and put them together
