[Making bread dough]
Mix warm water and sugar.

Mix in the yeast. Ferment yeast for 10-15 minutes.

Add strong flour and salt and knead until lumpy.

Ferment dough for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

Shape the dough into a flat circle. Pinch the ends of the dough together in the middle. Divide round dough into 6 pieces.

Spread the egg over the dough.

Bake at 350F (177C) for 20-25 minutes (until bread crust is brown).

[Making cream cheese filling]
Combine cream cheese, sugar and mozzarella cheese. Please transfer the filling to the piping bag.

[Making garlic butter]
Melt the butter in the microwave.
STEP 11/17
Mix all the ingredients.

Bring water to a boil over low heat. Mix garlic butter in water for 3-4 minutes.

[How to cook]
Cut the bread into 8 pieces (do not cut the bottom of the bread all the way).

Squeeze cream cheese filling between breads.
STEP 15/17
Dip bread into garlic butter to the end. Spread garlic butter between breads again.

Squeeze the remaining cream cheese in the middle of the bread.
STEP 17/17
Bake at 400F (204C) for 20-25 minutes.
