Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add 2 tsp salt to 1 liter of water and boil 70g of noodles for about 8 minutes, do not throw away the noodle water.
Prepare chopped peppers, sliced garlic, and chopped onions.

In a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, stir-fry chopped peppers and sliced garlic, then stir-fry onions.

Add the naengmyeon and half a cup of noodles. Add the boiled noodles.

Add 1 tsp salt and pepper and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 5/5
You can eat it as it is, and it tastes even better if you put Parmesan cheese powder on a sieve.
Prepare other ingredients on time while the noodles are being boiled. Adjust the spicy taste to the amount of chopped peppers.
