    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I bought 300g of big bok choy, but there was a lot of soil in between the leaves, so I ripped it off and washed it
STEP 2/5
Cut into bite-sized pieces, place in a rice cooker and pour 700ml of hot water just boiled in a pot with 2T of salt. It doesn't have to be completely locked. Heat it up for 9 minutes and blanch it
STEP 3/5
While blanching bok choy, prepare 1T of soy sauce, 1T of perilla powder, 1T of garlic powder, 1T of perilla oil, 1 handful of chopped green onion and stir well
STEP 4/5
Please take out bok choy when 2 minutes are left before reheating. Cover with a sieve and cool under running water and squeeze out the water
STEP 5/5
Mix it with the sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
*If the seasoning is bland, add 1 pinch of salt
