Making Egg Drop with Condensed Milk Sauce at Home Branch
Egg drop style sandwich with egg filling for brunch It was easier than I thought, so I made it and I ate it.

Cooking Steps

Cut the whole bread into thick pieces.

And split it in half with a little bit left.

You have to make two sauces first.
1. Condensed milk and mayonnaise, 2 spoons each
2. Sriracha + 1 spoon each mayonnaise

In my case, the sweet taste of condensed milk is not always good, so I added 1 spoon of mayonnaise, 1.5 spoon of lemon juice, and 0.3 spoon of sugar instead of condensed milk sauce to make it fresher.

Stir until smooth.

Melt the butter and bake the bread back and forth first.
