  • Chicken breast

  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Chicken stock
    1spoon
  • salted anchovies
    1spoon
  • thick soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Chili sauce
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop the ginger, onion, and garlic. (I'm going to put them in the rice, so take out two spoons of all three ingredients.)
STEP 2/7
Anchovy sauce (or fish sauce) 1Mix 2 soy sauce + 1 sugar + 1 ketchup + 1 mirin.
STEP 3/7
Put steps 1 and 2 into the cut chicken and let it soak for 30 minutes.
STEP 4/7
Turn the air fryer 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 5/7
Put water in two cups of rice and add 1 spoon of chicken powder (or chicken stock).
STEP 6/7
Add two spoons of onion, ginger, and garlic that were left out.
STEP 7/7
7. Press the cooking button and wait. Rice is done! If you combine chicken and rice, you're done!
