Simple and delicious braised pork back ribs with kimchi
When I boiled pork, I used to boil it with soybean paste, bay leaves, etc. For now, I just boil it with some ingredients and mirin. I don't know if the meat is good or if there's nothing like a delay in getting rid of the smell, but the results are always satisfactory. I will buy a pack of 700g of pork back ribs and make kimchi jjim for 12 adults and 5 for children in soy sauce sauce, but now I will record kimchi jjim and soy sauce braised in the next episode.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Soak back ribs in cold water and drain the blood. Please change the water in between.
STEP 2/9
Boil back ribs, 1/2 green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 3 tablespoon of mirin in 1 liter of water for more than 20 minutes. (I boiled 700g of back ribs at once, and some of them were braised in soy sauce, so I boiled it for more than 30 minutes.)
STEP 3/9
Please make the sauce. (Based on 500g: 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, half a tablespoon of plum juice, 3 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, pepper talk, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder)
STEP 4/9
Wash well-boiled back ribs clean to remove impurities.
STEP 5/9
Please put an appropriate amount of kimchi in the pot.
STEP 6/9
Put the back ribs on it, please.
STEP 7/9
Put the kimchi on top again, please.
STEP 8/9
Add the right amount of clear broth among the sauce and back ribs, heat it, and when it boils, reduce the heat to medium and boil it for about 20 minutes. (I added about two-thirds of the stock and boiled it before adding more later.)
STEP 9/9
The plain braised pork back ribs with kimchi is done.
Please adjust the boiling time by looking at the degree of cooking of meat or kimchi, and each house has a different taste of kimchi and seasoning ingredients, so please taste it and add more seasoning.
