  • Tomato

  • apple

  • potato starch
    1T
  • Water
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cross out the tomatoes and simmer in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Remove the skin and top of the tomato.
STEP 3/9
Slice the tomatoes and grind them.
STEP 4/9
Place grated apples on a strainer.
STEP 5/9
You can strain the tomatoes as well.
STEP 6/9
Bring to a boil the tomato and apple juice filtered out of the filtered ingredients.
STEP 7/9
When it starts to boil, add 1T of starch + 2T of water and adjust the concentration.
STEP 8/9
When it becomes thick, turn off the water and let it cool.

9. Put it in a container and keep it refrigerated.
